Between us, we bring a combined 14 years of commercial property investing experience, having spent the past seven years personally acquiring, analysing, and managing commercial assets. Throughout this time, we’ve developed a deep understanding of what makes a commercial investment perform—from strong tenant covenants and favourable lease terms to location fundamentals and long-term value potential.
